With the structured pricing Maxwell Virtual Solutions offer, you only pay for the time you use and have agreed to upfront. You will have no unexpected surprises!

WE QUOTE UP FRONT

We quote and agree upfront on the time you need, giving you visibility and control of the value of time saved in your business using a virtual business consultant. Payment is required prior to commencement of services. You will have no nasty skeletons jumping out of the closet with an unexpected bill!

RETAINER PACKAGES

We also tailor packages for a guaranteed number of hours. Our minimum number of hours is 5 hours per week.

You can feel safe in the knowledge that your virtual business consultant will be there for you, for the agreed guaranteed hours, month on month so you can keep on top of all that paperwork that never ends! It really is that simple!

HOW WE WORK

Every business has times where they are crazy busy and you feel like emails, phone calls, appointments and admin are snowballing out of control, followed by days where everything is calm and steady, and you are grateful for breathing space.

 

You can request your virtual consultant on a retainer, so you have the freedom and flexibility to spread your time and spend your hours as and when you need to.

 

For clients who require specific project management support, this will be quoted on a project-by-project basis. Please contact us to discuss your project.

 

We pride ourselves at Maxwell Virtual Solutions on flexibility for our clients. If you are not sure where you need support or what you need us to do, please contact us to help you make an informed decision.

OUR HOURLY RATE

If you require ad-hoc time with a virtual business consultant, we charge a flat rate of £35 per hour.

 

If you prefer a monthly retainer, we charge a flat rate of £30 per hour. Our minimum retainer hours are 5 hours per week.

You can work with us in any way that suits you and your business. We are flexible and there to fit in when you need us. We offer ad-hoc hours for our clients that need work completed on an as and when basis. The lead time for this work is dependent on the resource in the Team when the request is received.

Our best option is a retainer model, you have dedicated hours every week for your work to be completed. Working on a retainer basis also comes with a discounted hourly rate. If you find you need more hours some months over and above your retained hours, you can buy top-up hours at the same hourly rate as your retainer hours.

The minimum retainer package we offer is 5 hours per week.

This is negotiable, it is dependent on the commitment in the contract.

Yes – This is perfectly fine! If they are not used in the following month, they will be forfeited.

You will have a dedicated virtual business consultant you will be introduced to, and he/she will have the capability to do all the work you request. This way you will be able to build up a relationship and trust the virtual business consultant you are working with, and he/she will learn how to support you best in your business.

Yes of course! You are able to use retained hours on any service offering we provide.
